3003 aluminum plate heating treatment
Complete Annealing
Heating 390 ~ 430 °C, holding time 30 ~ 120 min depending on the effective thickness of the material. Cooling to 300 °C with furnace at 30 ~ 50 °C/H, then air cooling.
Rapid annealing
Heating from 350 °C to 370 °C, holding time from 30 min to 120 min with different effective thickness. Air or water cooling.
Quenching and aging
Quenching at 500 ~ 510 °C, air cooling, artificial aging at 95 ~ 105 °C, 3H. Air cooling, natural aging at room temperature 120h.
