Description
W9Mo3Cr4V steel is a general-purpose tungsten-molybdenum high-speed steel. Mainly with moderate content of tungsten. Add a small amount of molybdenum. The purpose of improving performance, improving quality and saving alloying elements is achieved by properly controlling the content of carbon and vanadium.

Heat treatment
Quenching, preheating at 820～870℃, heating at 1210～1230℃ (salt bath furnace) or 1220～1240℃ (box furnace), oil cooling, tempering twice at 540～560℃, 2h each time.
W9Mo3Cr4V Steel Application
1) For construction, automobile, shipbuilding, petrochemical, machinery, medicine, food, electricity, energy, aerospace, building decoration.
2) Mold template, pin, column
3) Widely used in structural parts that may be subject to stress changes. Especially for the manufacture of some connecting rods, bolts, and gears.
4) It is the most common blank and material for shaft parts. Its mold welding material model is CMC-E45.
