3005 aluminum plate is an aluminum alloy with manganese as the main alloying element. The content is about 1.0-1.5. The strength of 3005 aluminum plate is 20% higher than that of 3003 aluminum plate. The corrosion resistance is also better.

3005 aluminum plate characteristics

1.3005 aluminum plate can resist the corrosion of various materials. Such as atmosphere, seawater, neutral inorganic solution, food, fresh water, organic acid, gasoline and so on.
2,3005 aluminum plate is easy to anodize. The surface after anodizing is more favorable for later color coating and so on.
3. At room temperature, the formability and weldability of 3005 aluminum are very good.
4. In the tempering process, 3005 aluminum plate has higher plasticity. The plasticity of semi-cold quenching is better, and that of cold quenching is the lowest.
